A scary incident leads to some sleuthing

Good Morning:

A scary thing happened yesterday evening outside the russian embassy. I had gone out there to mark the 900th day of the full-scale invasion with a projection operation. I was excited about the operation because it was going to mark the debut of my new laser, whom I have dubbed #LadyLaser. Here’s a little video about her arrival:
