Why Can't Anyone Post Lawfare Content to Twitter?

This morning brought strange news: first Lawfare’s social media manager, the estimable Ms. Anna Hickey, then others began informing me that they could not post links to Lawfare content on Twitter any more. I tried it myself using one of my burner accounts. And the rumors were true.
