I went home over the weekend. I was unable to attend Saturday’s rally at the Lincoln Memorial in support of the captured Azovstal defenders—Ukrainian soldiers who defended the steel works in Mariupol and have been held by Russia ever since. Trump Trial Diary, May 20, 2024
We are in the home stretch of Trump trial number 1. This morning, the trial will finish up with Michael Cohen. Then there will be whatever other witnesses the defense wants to call—which is to say probably none. Then there will be a charging conference. Then there will be summations and the jury will be charged. And then the case will go to the jury.
