#SpecialMilitaryOperation: Dripping Blood
A fitting farewell to former Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov
Good Evening:
#SpecialMilitaryOperation: Dripping Blood took place on Sunday evening to retaliate for the destruction the previous day of a bunch of our sunflowers and to bid a not-so-fond farewell to Russian Ambassador Anatoly Antonov, who was suddenly recalled to Moscow. It’s unclear to me why Antonov suddenly vanished from Washington, though he did apparently say in July that his tenure here was coming to an end. As a precaution, I would advise him to stay away from windows for the next few weeks. The Kremlin says a new ambassador will be appointed soon. I will, of course, offer him or her a fitting welcome.

Millions of people on Florida’s Gulf Coast are preparing to evacuate as Hurricane Milton threatens their lives. But not the zoo and aquarium animals of Tampa.
With staff members hurriedly preparing around them, the animals are chomping away on shrimp or eucalyptus as the area’s biggest threat in a century barrels toward humans and beasts alike. The employees know what to do, but many facilities are still reeling from the deadly effects of Hurricane Helene a week ago.
Hoping human and beast alike are staying safe.
