Special Military Operation: Congress

#SpecialMilitaryOperation: Congress took place on the National Mall on Saturday evening. It was kind of great. The police left us alone entirely, thus establishing what I suspected: that the Park Police agree with my belief that laser projection directed at the ground on Park Service land are lawful and, in fact, fabulous.

The message of this operation, the first not directed at a Russian diplomatic facility, was simple: Congress needs to pass the Ukraine supplemental, which comes before the Senate this week.
