Wherein I catch the Russians red-handed.

A few weeks ago, I launched Operation Chalk Dust—an impish bit of good fun in which I woke up at 3:30 am, when the streets outside of the Russian embassy in Washington have little traffic, and spread 40 lbs of blue and yellow chalk dust in two large flags in front of the embassy.
