Thanks for another interesting & fun show (as usual). You all always cheer me up, and I really needed it today. Our 8-month-old kitten, Leeloo, ended up at the vet this morning with a corneal ulcer after our 5-year-old cat, Freya (seen in my profile picture), whacked Leeloo in the face last night. And this is the second vet visit in two weeks for an eye injury (Thankfully last week’s one didn’t involve any corneal damage). Lest you accuse me of negligence, I promise that my partner and I really are super careful about supervising the kitties! Leeloo just gets overly excited sometimes, and then Freya takes Leeloo to task for her impudence. Freya is a fairly anxious rescue kitty, and while she really does like having Leeloo around, Freya always needs to be in control of any situation. Unfortunately, that’s a tad challenging when a rambunctious kitten is involved.
Anyway, it was a really stressful morning dealing with this, and I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you all helping me keep my sanity.
“Dastardly deeds” 😂
