#LadyLaser Takes Philly

Not my best work. But some very nice results.

Technically speaking, it was one of the worst #SpecialMilitaryOperations I have ever run. Everything that could go wrong with one piece of gear after another did, in fact, go wrong.

A whole bunch of emergency vehicles showed up because there were reports that someone had jumped into the river—of which I saw no evidence.
